Soft Skill Definition and How to Upgrade It

Soft skill is a term of sociology refers to personality traits, social behaviour, language ability, individual habits, hospitable attitude and optimism that differ people each other. Soft skill is a part of hard skill, that become a certain technique which is neede in a work.

Soft skill become an important part to reach successful in an organization. Organization, especially for the persons who build a cooperation directly to customer, in general it becomes more successful than if they train their members using their own skill. in this case, soft skill is a standard of cualification for workers.

These are several ways to upgrade our softskill, particularly for college student :
- Take soft skill development lecture in your university
- Be a participant in seminar, workshop or training about character building or soft skill upgrading
- Student have to be active in develop their organization cooperation connection or event organizer
- Student with active status should be a participant on a practice of a profession
- Form teamworks for students to do lecture taks or other academic activity.
