saturday nite

last saturday nite we went to alkid a.k.a alun-alun kidul jogja. we were, yes we held triple date and it happened without plan before. we were laras, gilang, sari, dany, rina and prima. there we tried many things. first, we tried tempura, cimol, and after that we tried to walked between the big trees there with closed eyes. me and prima did that! yes! in many people's opinion,, if we can pass it, i mean if we can walk through the trees we can get what we want! hahaha but if you want to believe it,, go ahead..;)

it was difficult enough to ride it, but actually cool.! ;p all of us rode it,, hahaha nice...;)

gilang's lovely car

on may 5th, 2009, gilang bought a car. it was volkswagen one. he was very happy because he had wanted this car since he was a child.:))

his car's colour is pink. yeah pink. haha it's okay for man. on the first day with his new car, we went around Jogja with it. ;)

Prambanan

in this afternoon, we went to Prambanan temple. we went there because we had a business with someone who works in that central office. after we finished it, we got a special offer, that we were free to entered the Prambanan Temple area. :)

of course, we were so happy. we were gilang, laras, sari and dany (our friends), just took some pictures there. why is it? because we had ever visited it before. so we were confused enough to decided what we had to do. :))

agil dolphin

good night everybody

this is our second posting. haha after a long time ago...:D

yeah. tonite,, we want to tell about our special thing. it is a doll, a dolphin doll actually.

we love it so much. because it is a sign of us. :)) its colours are blue and white. we bought it when one of us celebrated 17 birthday in Pekanbaru. and when we are in Yogyakarta, we bought the same one, but the size is smaller than the first doll, but it is also dolphin doll. yeah, we are very happy to have these. and we called it "agil".:))

Soft Skill Definition and How to Upgrade It

Soft skill is a term of sociology refers to personality traits, social behaviour, language ability, individual habits, hospitable attitude and optimism that differ people each other. Soft skill is a part of hard skill, that become a certain technique which is neede in a work.

Soft skill become an important part to reach successful in an organization. Organization, especially for the persons who build a cooperation directly to customer, in general it becomes more successful than if they train their members using their own skill. in this case, soft skill is a standard of cualification for workers.

These are several ways to upgrade our softskill, particularly for college student :
- Take soft skill development lecture in your university
- Be a participant in seminar, workshop or training about character building or soft skill upgrading
- Student have to be active in develop their organization cooperation connection or event organizer
- Student with active status should be a participant on a practice of a profession
- Form teamworks for students to do lecture taks or other academic activity.
